I think when you work with children with special needs,you gotta
accept the prejudices ure going to face.

People just assume they are doing a bad job jus becoz they made a
mistake. They have no idea how challenging it is to train,to educate
them. They have no idea the amount of patience one needs to have in
order to deal with them. They have no idea how we struggle and fought
to keep these classes going with severe shortage of Manpower.

Dealing with typically developing children/teenagers can be
challenging, try dealing with these kids with special needs. It is
upsetting how people freely critic and judge.

They are different but they are human beings too with their needs and
desire. They too have dreams, they have their own lives. Their will
and determination can sometimes put us to shame.

So who are you pple to judge?

That is why there is an urgent need to raise the awareness. Especially
among the local community.I want to be that agent of change. But it's
not possible to do it alone to create a domino effect.
